Delegates are free to make their own accommodation arrangements at a venue of their choice. However, accommodation has also been block-booked at selected venues close to the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre from 17-25 June 2010.

Block Bookings with Promaco Conventions are now closed – the following hotels will allow delegates to continue to book as below. This means that delegates who make direct contact with the hotel, should also make their deposit payment to the hotel.

• Each booking requires a deposit of one night’s tariff and a credit card number to confirm.
• Bookings must be made by Monday 10 May, thereafter rooms are subject to availability, as the blocks will be released.
• The deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited if you do not arrive on the nominated date, or if you cancel your booking within 30 days of the date required.
• The balance of your payment is to be made to the venue as you check-out, unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Your hotel will provide you with an Accommodation Tax Invoice at check-out.
